We highly recommend indulging in fun fitness. If you are active as well as eurowave enhance you will notice an endurance shift; you will have more energy, stamina, your performance will be that much better. Find an activity that motivates you; swim, run, weight train, yoga,etc. Do it at least 3 times each week.
